Extended DISC Behavioural Profiling Assessments
Each team member (up to 12 participants) will complete a personalised Extended DISC Assessment, providing insights into their:
- Leadership Style - Understand how each team member naturally leads and influences.
- Communication Style - Learn how to adapt communication to connect better with others.
- Strengths and Challenges - Identify opportunities to maximise individual and team performance.

1 x 30-Minute One-on-One Analysis Calls
Each team member will receive a private 30-minute live Zoom session with Michelle to help them fully understand their profile, what it means, and how to apply it effectively. They will;
- Review their DISC Assessment results in detail.
- Highlight their unique strengths and how to use them effectively in their leadership role.
- Address specific challenges and create actionable strategies for personal and professional growth.
This call will also be recorded for the participant's use.

3-Hour Interactive Workshop
A tailored onsite session at your venue to explore your leadership team’s collective Extended DISC results and focus on:
