Delivered at your venue over 3 to 6 months. Tailored to your senior leadership team and the real strategic challenges you are navigating.

Extended DISC Behavioural Profiling Assessment

Individual assessment completed before the program begins. At this level the focus is on how your behavioural style shows up in strategic decisions, board relationships, and your team dynamics.

45-minute Private DISC Analysis Call

A confidential 1:1 Zoom session with Michelle. Recorded and provided to the participant only. This session is private.

2 x 1-hour Private Coaching Sessions with Michelle

Individual coaching sessions scheduled throughout the program, a private space to work through what the group setting cannot reach.

Leadership Resource Book

A practical workbook with reflection questions, application exercises, and strategic tools for every module.

Lifetime Dashboard Access

All 12 modules available online via desktop or the app, so the learning is always accessible.

Executive Leaders Community Access

Membership of the senior leadership cohort within the online community. Monthly live sessions with Michelle, industry insights, peer discussion, and quarterly in-person events. 

Graduate Certificate

3-Month Group Check-In
