They know something needs to shift, they're just not sure where to start, or they haven't had anyone in their corner who understands both leadership and the industry they're working in.
That's where I come in.
This is private, confidential, 1:1 coaching that goes to the root cause , not just the presenting problem.
In my experience, the manager who isn't delegating, the leader who team isn't responding the way they expect, whose communication isn't cutting through, the COO who's burning out, they're almost never dealing with a skills problem. They know what to do. What gets in the way is something quieter than that. How they see themselves in the role. Whether they back their own judgement. Whether they've given themselves permission to actually lead.

THE FOUNDATION: EXTENDED DISC BEHAVIOURAL PROFILING
Every coaching engagement begins with Extended DISC Behavioural Profiling. Not as a nice to have, as the foundation. Understanding how you naturally communicate, make decisions, respond under pressure, and relate to others is the starting point for every conversation we have.
As an Accredited Extended DISC Trainer and Assessor, I use this framework to uncovers what's actually driving behaviour, not just what's visible on the surface. It changes the depth and speed of every session that follows.
Extended DISC Behavioural Profiling is included in both coaching programs.
THE LEADERSHIP COACHING PROGRAM
12 Months. Private. Transformational
For the leader who is capable but not yet fully stepping into their authority. We meet twice a month for one hour - face to face where possible, Zoom when needed. Each session works through what is real right now, supported by a practical leadership framework built from three decades of industry experience.
This is not a generic coaching program. It is built around you; your role, your team, your challenges, your industry. Every session is informed by what is happening in your workplace right now.
What changes over 12 months: confidence, clarity, presence, the ability to lead rather than just manage, and the courage to take up space as the leader you already area.

THE LEADERSHIP ACCELERATOR
3 Months. Focussed. Fast
For the leader facing a specific challenge, a difficult team dynamic, a new role, a relationship with a colleague or direct report that isn't working, or a quiet crisis od confidence that's getting in the way of their performance.
Six sessions over three months. We go straight to the root cause and build from there. No time wasted.
This engagement is ideal when the problem is clear, the stakes are high, and the leader needs focussed support to move through it.

Hi, I’m Michelle Pascoe.
Igniting potential in leaders for over three decades.
I have spent more than 30 years sitting across from leaders who are good at their job but not yet fully stepping into it.
Bowls managers. CFOs. Venue managers. Duty managers. CEOs. Different titles, different organisations, different challenges on the surface. But in my experience, the thing sitting underneath is almost always the same, a leader who knows what they are capable of and hasn't quite given themselves permission to get there yet.
That is the work I do. Not fixing what is broken. Igniting what is already there.
I have worked with leaders across more than 130 venues in the hospitality and club industry over three decades, in boardrooms, in break rooms, on Zoom calls, and in quiet conversations that changed the direction of someone's career. I know this industry from the inside. I know what it demands of the people who lead in it. And I know that the leaders who grow the fastest are not always the ones who shout about it, they are often the quietest people in the room, carrying more than anyone around them realises.
The moment I know the coaching is working is not when I see it. It is when they tell me, without me asking. When a CEO pulls them aside and says something has changed. When their team starts responding differently. When they walk into a room and something in how they carry themselves is just different.
That is what this is for.
What you can expect from working with me:
You will be heard without judgement. What you share stays between us, I do not report back, I do not share your story, and I do not measure your progress against anyone else's. This is your space.
You will be challenged. Gently at first, and then more directly as trust builds. I will not tell you what you want to hear. I will tell you what I see, and I will help you do something with it.
You will leave each session with something concrete. Not just insight, action. A conversation to have, a decision to make, a boundary to set, a step to take.
And somewhere along the way, usually when you least expect it, you will notice that something has shifted. Your confidence. Your clarity. The way you back yourself in the moments that used to make you hesitate.
That is the work. And it is some of the most meaningful work I do.

HOW CONFIDENTIALITY WORKS
What happens in our sessions stays in our sessions. I do not report back to the organisation on the content of our conversations, the challenges we are working through, or the personal insights that emerge along the way.
What the organisation will see is the result. Better decisions. Clearer communication. A leader who shows up differently. That is the evidence of the work, and it speaks for itself.
The only exception is if something arises that requires escalation for the wellbeing of the individual on the organisation, and in that case, I will always speak to the client first and seek their agreement before any conversation takes place.
This boundary is not just ethical practice. It is what makes the coaching work. A leader who knows the conversation is genuinely private will go to the places that actually need attention.
