Hey there, I'm Michelle Pascoe

Since 1994 I have had the privilege and honour of working with so many wonderful people in the hospitality industry through my company OOPS.  I am passionate about individuals reaching their full potential and working with those who have aspirations for career growth.  This program has been delivered too many leadership teams at various venues in person over the years and now that it is online it provides the opportunity for regional and global participants to ignite their potential in their leadership development.

Leading my own team of researchers and learning from the best "Disney Institute" as well as attending and speaking at conferences globally I have all the skills and expertise as a coach and successful businesswomen to ensure professional development and success in your leadership team.
