MMM is a 15-module onsite leadership program tailored to your venue and scheduled to suit your team — weekly or monthly sessions, delivered at your workplace. It is not a generic training course. It is a structured, practical program built specifically for the club and hospitality industry, with real scenarios, real conversations, and real outcomes.

Extended DISC Behavioural Profiling Assessment

Completed online before the program begins. Provides personalised insights into each participant's natural behavioural style, communication preferences, and how they show up under pressure. The foundation of everything that follows.

45-minute Private DISC Analysis Call

A confidential 1:1 Zoom session with Michelle to unpack each participant's DiSC results personally. Recorded and provided to the participant for their own reference. This session is private, the recording belongs to them.

2 x 1-hour Private Coaching Sessions with Michelle

Individual coaching sessions scheduled throughout the program. Each session addresses real challenges the participant is facing in their role, a private space to work through what the group setting cannot always reach.

Leadership Resource Book

A practical workbook that complements every module, with reflection questions, application exercises, and tools participants can use immediately in their role.

Lifetime Access

Access to all program modules online via desktop or the customised app — so the learning is always available, long after the program ends.

Leadership Community

Membership of the online community for current and graduate participants. Monthly live sessions with Michelle, industry insights, leadership tools, peer discussion, and quarterly in-person events. 

Graduate Certificate

Formal recognition of achievement for participants who complete the program, acknowledging their commitment to professional development and their growth as a leader.

3-Month Group Check-In

Three months after graduation, Michelle reconnects with the full cohort to review goal progress, celebrate what has shifted, and address what still needs attention. Included in the program investment.

I have spent more than 30 years sitting across from leaders who are good at their job but not yet fully stepping into it.

Bowls managers. CFOs. Venue managers. Duty managers. CEOs. Different titles, different organisations, different challenges on the surface. But in my experience, the thing sitting underneath is almost always the same — a leader who knows what they are capable of and hasn't quite given themselves permission to get there yet.

That is the work I do. Not fixing what is broken. Igniting what is already there.

I have worked with leaders across more than 130 venues in the hospitality and club industry, in boardrooms, in break rooms, on Zoom calls, and in quiet conversations that changed the direction of someone's career. I know this industry from the inside. I know what it demands of the people who lead in it.

The moment I know the work is working is not when I see it. It is when they tell me, without me asking. When a CEO says something has changed. When a team starts responding differently. When a leader walks into a room and something in how they carry themselves is just different.
